Happy New Year 2021

What an amazing year this has been. I have made so many more new friends over on Youtube and I had a blast doing the 25 Days of Blissmas, with Sandy @ Crochet Eh Canada.

Being a content creator allows you to meet new people and form bonds with people you get to meet online as well as in person.

In November, I was able to meet up with Lynette from Charmed Grammy Crochet and have lunch with her and Dana fromWanderlust Crochet. I think it is going to be our Day after Thanksgiving tradition since we have done it two years in a row now.

I accomplished my goals of creating my first free pattern the Creamscilce Hagstitch Lapghan this year as well as I learned to make stitch markers.

I even manages to get some sewing in this year and mad this clasp clutch purse.

It was so much fun to try new things and do others that I had not been doing for a long time. Getting out the sewing machine and hearing it hum was music to my ears. I need to get some more sewing done in 2021.

Typically I make new goals for my arts and crafts and make a list of things I want to try for the new year but I have been so busy. I have not had time to write in my journal and contemplate new ideas.

This past year also brought new puppies into our lives and they have been such a blessing getting us through this pandemic. Meet Sherry and Roxie.

I just want to thank all the viewers and content creators who have reached out to me via snail mail and messages. The ladies that helped contribute to our Veterans this year with donations of lapghans and walker bags, bookmarks, candy, word searches, sodukos and socks you all rock my world. I could have made this year successful with out you all helping me.

We just made huge delivery last week of lapghans and walker blankets and Christmas stockings full of candy and treats. I was not able to take photo of the delivery this time it was so frigid cold outside my hands just could’t get the camera to work properly. I apologize. The social worker will be sending those who contributed a thank you letter in the mail.

Big virtual hugs to all who have blessed a veteran this year. You truly make this world a better place for all.

I hope that you have enjoyed the video tutorials I have done on the Yarn It Out, Youtube channel. Please make sure to check out the playlists of how to crochet and how to make stitch markers etc. Also if you have any crochet or sewing techinque you would like to see if the future please let me know.

Make sure to join in the live fun every Thursday night at 9pm EST.

Until we meet again in the New Year, be safe, stay healthy and many blessings to you and yours.

Rosalie
